Its suction of 2,500 Pa was less powerful than other robots however, it moved swiftly and was very quiet. It didn't mop, and its clean pad was a challenge to attach. It also was unable to handle dirt that was dried on.
Its app is a little basic and lacks features such as multiple cleaning modes and automated scheduling. It does support Alexa however, its voice controls aren't particularly intuitive or responsive. And it's also a little difficult when it comes to returning to the charging station after a run other robots are able to trace a previous path or even follow a wall until they reach their destination however the RX3 is a fumbler until it finally gives up and then sends a message about failure to your phone.
